Return Policy
Purpose
Madde 1. This policy aims to ensure that the return processes of products offered by Bilsoft Software are managed fairly, transparently and based on customer satisfaction. The main purpose of the policy is to provide our customers with services that meet their expectations, ensure their satisfaction and regulate return processes while maintaining our quality assurance.
Scope
Madde 2. According to Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, "The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without showing any reason and without paying a penalty." Return requests other than this right are evaluated and finalized within the scope of Bilsoft Software Product Return Policy in accordance with Bilsoft Software's emphasis on customer satisfaction, high service quality understanding and strong communication principle.
Product Return Request
Madde 3. Product return requests are submitted to Bilsoft Software through [email protected] by filling out the "Return Application Form" attached correctly and completely.
Request Review Process
Madde 4. Return requests received by Bilsoft Software are evaluated by the "Return Request Evaluation Commission" consisting of sales, technical support and software unit managers and finalized within 15 days at the latest and feedback is provided to the requester.
Updates and Changes
Madde 5. Bilsoft Software reserves the right to update the return policy at any time. Policy changes are announced through the company website.
