The installation is done by Bilsoft's technical support team according to the device model. The POS device is connected to the system, necessary software and drivers are defined. Then the integration is verified with test sales. Necessary training support is also provided to the user.
Bilsoft OKC POS Integration is a system that provides data exchange between Bilsoft Front Office Accounting Program and payment recording devices (new generation payment recording devices). Thanks to this integration, while sales transactions are made through Bilsoft, payment information is directly transmitted to the POS device and receipt generation is automated.
Thanks to this integration, both invoice/receipt is created in the Bilsoft system and the legally required payment receipt is issued from the POS device during sales transactions. Double data entry is eliminated, time is saved and full compliance with legal regulations is achieved.
