Since cargo shipping is not mandatory for every order, barcodes and labels are not created automatically by the system. Additionally, information such as cubic meter and package dimensions that are not included in the invoice need to be manually entered into the system for cargo labels to be prepared. Therefore, it is important that certain data is manually completed by the user in cargo tracking processes.
Information such as shipping dates, cargo company, tracking number and shipping cost are stored in Bilsoft Front Office Accounting Program under the relevant order or current account. This data is used both in reporting and provides convenience for tracking past shipments.
Bilsoft technical support team defines the integration with the cargo company used by your company and enters the necessary API information into the system. After the integration is completed, the system is tested and opened for live use.
